Bernard Michlin, MD joins us as our medical director after a long friendship with our Clinical Director Mary Halls. Dr. Michlin practices Internal Medicine in San Diego at Alvarado Hospital. Dr. Michlin graduated from the College Of Med and Dentistry of New Jersey with an MD and has been practicing medicine since 1982. Dr. Michlin is an avid skier and a proud father of 4 daughters and 1 son. He completed his residency in Guadalajara, which made him fluent in Spanish. Dr. Michlin is also the principle investigator of Wetland Research, a clinical trials and drug study company. We are very happy to welcome Dr. Michlin to our family and are excited for the year to come.

Mary Halls' main passion is giving back to what has been so good to her…life. Working on such an intimate level with patients is such an irreplaceable experience. She acknowledges what a privilege it is to be able to touch and heal in so many ways. It is such an honor for her to assist someone in transforming their skin. Mary has trained in the medical esthetics industry for over 12 years and still retains her passion for skin care. When setting up the clinic, her main intention was to create an environment that was both nurturing and sophisticated; a place that would be a true reflection of all of us who have chosen to make this their work environment; a place where the true love and compassion we all feel for our patients washes over you the moment you walk through the door; and most importantly a place where you can transform your skin and celebrate your journey.

Carrie Weaver has been a part of the medical aesthetic field for 5 years. Her passion for education and skin nutrition has kept her excited and enthusiastic about her work with her patients at the clinic. As the assistant to Mary, she has had the opportunity to gain to both clinical and management experience, and continues to gain knowledge daily. Carrie looks forward to each day in the clinic, and will continue to provide the best possible skin nutrition to her patients.

Renee Mahoney is a Medically trained aesthetician who designs individualized skin care rejuvenation programs based on her patient’s needs. She is committed to her patient’s and has a passion for skin care and education.

Holly Perry (BSN) is a Registered Nurse.  She has worked as a health care provider for over 3 ½ years.  Although she loves working in acute care within a hospital setting, she has found the field of medical aesthetics to be life changing and rewarding.  Holly cares for her patients seeking to render the best services possible because she believes in the treatments the clinic provides.

Elisabeth Flores RNFA is a new addition to our medical division. Licensed as an RN First Assist, Elisabeth has been assisting in plastic surgeries for 4 years and has been performing injectible and laser treatments for over 8 years. She is licensed and professionally trained to perform our botox and dermal filler injections, as well as our IPL and ReFirme laser treatments. Her technique using the ReFirme laser shows incredible results as she “sculpts” the skin to give it a tighter and lifted appearance. Her botox technique creates desired effects and allows for a completely natural appearance. Her wealth of knowledge and experience and her great spunk are a perfect addition to our team.
